- 1 box white cäke mix, 15.25 oz
- 1/3 cup sugär
- 1 cup äll purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp sält
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup sour creäm
- 1/2 cup järred cärämel säuce, divided in hälf

- 2 sticks unsälted butter, 1 cup
- 3/4 cup brown sugär
- 1/4 cup heävy creäm
- 3 cups powdered sugär

- Preheät the oven to 350º F.
- In ä lärge mixing bowl combine the cäke mix, sugär, flour, änd sält. ädd in the eggs, milk, buttermilk, änd sour creäm, beät with än electric mixer until combined, 2-3 minutes. ädd in hälf of the cärämel säuce, mix into the bätter.

- Bäke for 36-39 minutes or until ä toothpick inserted in the center of the cäke comes out cleän. ällow the cäke to cool completely before ädding frosting.
CäRäMEL ICING
- In ä smäll-medium sized pot over medium heät on the stove, melt the butter änd brown sugär. Stir frequently until melted. ällow the mixture to come to ä simmer.
- Once simmering, ädd in the heävy creäm, stir änd ällow the mixture to return to ä simmer.
- Once it simmers ägäin, remove it from the heät änd immediätely whisk in the powdered sugär, one cup ät ä time. It’s okäy if there äre ä few powered sugär lumps.
